We had a superb time here and would not hesitate to return there. This room was tasteful and fairly quiet with an excellent view over to the hills. Really enjoyed the location in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Their staff were quirky.

Really good Stay with a Personal Touch
I felt welcomed during my two-night stay. The hosts went out of their way to remember my name and preferences. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for self-catering, and the cozy game room offered a unique, homey vibe. Don't miss the local walks!

It was just an optimal selection for a short layover in Moffat with very good value for money. The breakfast was large and tasty, and the Wi-Fi worked well even on the second floor. Make sure to check out the dining options in the town center.

Immediate access to nature trails, Quality cycling facilities, Comfortable outdoor seating areas
Shared bathrooms can be quite noisy during morning hours!!! Limited public transportation options make it tough to explore the area without a vehicle!!! Some common areas need refurbishment and a modern touch!!!

We had a great getaway with friends, using the bike hire to explore the Southern Upland Way and enjoy the fine views. The ensuite bathrooms were a highlight, and the common areas, like the garden and dining room, were perfect.
We had a little trouble getting the kitchen hob to work for cooking breakfast, frustrating.

Great facilities for cyclists. Enjoyed the billiards and friendly atmosphere. A bit tricky getting the kitchen hob to work for breakfast.

The owners of the hostel made this place amzinly beautiful and super comfy! The room i stayed in was small but since it was a 4-bed dorm, it made it more chill. Plus, it had an ensuite, kinda fancy for a hostel. The kitchen was really well equipped n had a lovely dining area with a record player. A comfy games room to hang out in!
Only thing i would say is they could add some milk and sugar near the coffee maker coz it would have been nice. The room was a bit cramped but that's kinda what you expect in a hostel.

The welcome from Karla and Ed made a great first impression. Rooms had a luxury feel, with beautiful decor and comfy beds. Breakfast was great, especially with the option for locally sourced food. The garden was lovely. The gravel drive made it tricky for parking my motorbike. I learned to take the second entrance for easier access, but it still posed a small inconvenience. I genuinely wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the place offered.

The ensuite bathroom felt luxurious. The pool room was a charming touch.

A cozy little gem
The host was really chill and helped us find our way around without being annoying. We enjoyed eating our own food, which saved us cash. The picnic area was perfect for hanging out. The only thing was, it's a bit far from town, so we skipped the wine at dinner.
